パークハイアットニセコ花園とは？What is Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono?
今回は、２０２０年１月２０日に開業したパークハイアットニセコHANAZONOの宿泊記になります。２０２１年１０月に１００㎡、温泉付きのレジデンス棟に宿泊してきました。
This will be a report on Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono which opened on January 20,2020. I stayed at the 100㎡,residential building with hot spring in October 2021.

パーク ハイアット ニセコ 花園は、「パークハイアットホテル」と「パークハイアットレジデンス」からなる施設です。パークハイアットホテルが国内初となるレジデンスを手掛け、また北海道発のラグジュアリーホテルとして開業しています。
Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono is comprised of the Park Hyatt Hotel and Park Hyatt Residence. This is the first Park Hyatt hotel in japan to handle a residence, and also the first luxury hotel to open in Hokkaido.
パークハイアットニセコ花園 アクセス方法と駐車場 Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono Directions and Paking
パークハイアットニセコ花園は「北海道虻田郡倶知安町岩尾別３２８−１」にあります。アクセスは、新千歳空港から車で約2時間（約111km）、JR札幌駅から約1時間45分（約98km）となります。新千歳空港からは、１本道でとても走りやすいです。ナビがあれば迷うこともないでしょう。なお、タクシーで新千歳空港からホテルまでは料金約３万５千円が目安とされています。
Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono is located at 328-1 Iwaobetsu,Kutchan-cho,Abuta-gun,Hokkaido.Access is approximately 2 hours(111km)by car from New Chitose Airport and approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes(98km)from JR Sapporo Station. From New Chitose Airport, it is one straight road and very easy to drive. With a navigation system , you will not get lost. The estimated fare from New Chitose Airport to the hotel by cab is about 35,000yen
駐車場は、屋外駐車スペースが無料駐車スペースとなっています。こちらは台数に限りがありますので、満車の場合は地下駐車場が使うことができます。ただし、地下駐車場は有料で、１時間６００円、一日最大２５００円の料金がかかります。
Free parking is available in the outdoor parking lot. if the underground parking lot is full, you can use the underground parking lot. However, there is a fee for underground parking, which is 600yen per hour or a maximum of 2,500yen per day.

左の写真がホテル棟、右の写真がレジデンス棟になります。車で公道から敷地に入ってくると先にホテル棟が見えてきまして、レジデンス棟は奥に位置します。
The photo on the left shows the hotel building and the photo on the right shows the residence building. When you drive into the property from the public road, you will see the hotel building first, and the residence building is located in the back
ホテルとレジデンス 宿泊料金は違うのか？ Are there any differences between the hotel and the residence?
ホテル棟とレジデンス棟で宿泊料金は違うのでしょうか。グリーンシーズンの土曜日１泊で比較してみます。

部屋のタイプや広さが違うので、一概にホテル棟が高い安い、レジデンス棟が高い安いという設定にはなっていないようです。
ホテル棟とレジデンス棟は、何が違うのか？What is the difference between the hotel and the residence ?
私が泊まったのは、レジデンス棟の1ベッドルームレジデンス〈温泉付き〉100㎡のお部屋でした。全ての部屋を見たわけではありませんのが、公式HPを見る限りではレジデンス棟がホテル棟に劣っているということはなさそうです。逆にレジデンス棟の方が、スタイリッシュなお部屋で私個人としては高級感がありました。
I stayed in a one-bedroom residence (with a hot spring bath)in the residence , a 100㎡ room. I did not see all of the rooms, but from the official website ,it seems that the Residence building is not inferior to the hotel. On the contrary, the rooms in the Residence are more stylish and, for me personally ,more luxurious.
一つ、ホテル棟とレジデンス棟で違うことは、不動産の所有方法です。ホテル棟は、香港の不動産会社パシフィック・センチュリー・プレミアム・ディベロップメンツ（PCPD）が開発しています。PCPDが現在も不動産を所有しているかわかりませんが、PCPDかもしくは譲渡された法人が一棟の土地建物を所有しています。レジデンス棟は区分所有登記がされ、マンションのように１部屋ごとに分譲されています。そのため、所有者は１部屋ずつ異なります。レジデンス棟の所有者も自身が使用しない時は、ホテルとして貸し出しているということです。
One difference between the Hotel and Residence is the way the real estate is owned. The hotel tower was developed by Pacific Century Premium Developments(PCPD), a Hong Kong-based real estate company, and although i am not sure if PCPD still owns the property, PCPD or a transferred corporation owns the entire building. The residence building is registered as a condominium and is divided into units, like condominiums. Therefore, the owner of each unit is different. The owner of the residence building also rents it out as a hotel when he/she is not using it.

今回泊まったお部屋は、レジデンス棟１００㎡温泉付き、１ベットルームです。ダイニングキッチンがあると長期滞在したいなって思いますね。
I think I would like to stay here for a long time there is a dining room and kitchen.
ウェルカムスイーツは、大皿に盛られたバームクーヘンです。周りは砂糖でコーティングされていてかなりボリュームがあります。小粒のぶどうもありました。
The welcome sweets were baumkuchen served on a platter. It is coated with sugar and is quite hearty. There were also small grapes.
レジデンス棟 室内温泉 Residence building indoor hot spring
レジデンス棟では温泉付きのお部屋がおすすめですね。室内温泉の利用方法は、説明書が置いてあります。私が訪問した際は、大浴場の温泉はお休みだったので、お部屋でゆっくりと浸かりました。ちなみに、Onsenボタンを押すと、３０分くらいかけて浴槽に温泉がたまります。結構時間かかります。
I recommend rooms with hot spring baths in the Residence. Instructions on how to use the indoor hot spring are provided. When I visited, the hot spring in the main bathroom was closed, so I took a relaxing soak in my room. By the way, when you press the Onsen button, the hot spring water fills the bathtub over a period of about 30 minutes. it takes quite a white.
パークハイアットニセコ アメニティ Park Hyatt Niseko Amenities
パークハイアットニセコレジデンスのアメニティは、LELABO SANTAL33 (ルラボ サンタル 33)です。 香りマニアの方が好きな香水ですね。上手く言葉では表現できませんが、木の香りをスタイリッシュにした感じですね。私は好きですが、匂いは好き嫌いが分かれるかもしれません。ちなみに、SANTAL33シャンプー・コンディショナーは非売品で、ボディローションとボディーウォッシュは販売している商品のようです。
The amenities at Park Hyatt Niseko Residence are LELABO SANTAL 33, It is a perfume that scent fanatics love. I can’t describe it well, but it’s like it, but the smell may be a bit too much for my liking. By the way , SANTAL 33 shampoo and conditioner are not for sale, while body lotion and body wash seem to be the products they sell.

２５ｍプールです。私が訪れたのは、２０２１年１０月で緊急事態宣言明けでしたが、コロナ対策で予約して１時間利用することができました。私が入った時は１組いて、途中貸切状態になり、後半に１組入ってきました。ほぼ貸切状態でいい運動になります。プールの隣にジャグジーがあり温かいです。ジャグジーは浅いので小さな子供も足が付く高さです。
This is a 25-meter pool. i visited in October 2021, after the state of emergency had been declared, bet i was able to make a reservation and use the pool for one hour through Corona Measures. There was one group when I entered, and it was chartered halfway through, with one group coming in later in the day. It was almost a private party and a good workout. There is a Jacuzzi next to the pool and it is warm. The Jacuzzi is shallow, so even small children can reach the height of their feet.

パークハイアットニセコ チャイナ キッチン Park Hyatt Niseko China Kitchen
私が夕食で入ったのは、チャイナキッチンでした。とてもおいしがったです。酢豚と麻婆豆腐を頂きました。妻が頼んだ辛いお魚料理は、見ただけでも辛そうだったので食べませんでした。パークハイアットニセコには、多くのレストランがあります。チャイナキッチン以外に、The Lounge(ザ・ラウンジ)、Olivio（オリヴィオ）、モリエールモンターニュ、鮨みつ川、Teppan（鉄板）が入っています。
I went to China Kitchen for dinner. It was very delicious. I had the sweet-and-sour pork and mapo tofu. i did not eat the spicy fish dish that my wife ordered because it looked too spicy.
Park Hyatt Niseko has many restaurants Besides China Kitchen, there are The Lounge, Olivio, Moliere Montagne, Sushi Mitsukawa, and Teppan.

朝食は、食事とメニューの写真を取り忘れました（涙）今回の宿泊では朝食付きのプランでした。朝食は、オーダービュッフェでした。和食、洋食を都度注文していく形です。お魚の和食を食べ、海鮮丼を食べ、パンを色んな種類食べました。オレンジジュースもフレッシュで美味しかったです。
I forgot to take pictures of the food and menu for breakfast(tears). You order Japanese or Western food each time. I had a japanese fish dish, a seafood rice bowl, and various kinds of bread. The orange juice was fresh and delicious.

北海道初のラグジュアリーホテルと言われるだけあって満足でした。開業して１年半くらいでしたから、建物は新しくスタイリッシュな作りでお部屋も温泉付きでくつろげました。レストランは、チャイナキッチンで食べましたが、たぶんどこでも美味しいんだろうなと思いました。唯一ではありますが、お部屋に虫が少しいました。グリーンシーズンの山の中ですから、致し方ないのですが、虫嫌いな妻はちょっと嫌だったようです。
I was satisfied with the first luxury hotel in Hokkaido. The hotel was opened about a year and a half ago, so the building was new and stylish, and the rooms were relaxing with hot spring baths. I ate at the China Kitchen restaurant ,but I thought the food was probably good anywhere else. The only thing is that there were a few insects in the room. It was in the mountains during the green season, so it could not be helped, but my wife, who does not like insects, did not like it.

おすすめは一休です。その場で使えるポイントが５％付与されますが、ホテルの宿泊日、プラン等によって値段は変わるので、一通り見てベストなものを選択すべきでしょう。
パークハイアットニセコレジデンス 周辺の観光 Sightseeting around Park Hyatt Niseko
今回は、ひらふ坂を歩いたのと甘露泉で水を飲んだくらいしか観光はできませんでした。ニセコのグリーンシーズンのアクティビティは、ラフティング・魚釣り・サイクリングなどが出来ますので、次回機会があったらチャレンジしたいです。
The only sightseeing we did this time was walking on Hirafu slope and drinking water at Ganro-izumi(sweet spring). Niseko’s green season activities include rafting, fishing, and cycling ,so i would like to try them nest time i have a chance.
名水 甘露泉 Famous Water- ganro-izumi Spring
ニセコは、名水としても有名です。甘露泉です。車が停めてみんなペットボトルに水を入れてすぐ帰っているのですが、人が途切れないのです。お水は飲むと確かに甘みのある美味しいお水でした。
Niseko is famous for its famous water. This is the Ganro Spring. The water is indeed sweet when you drink it. The water was indeed sweet and tasty when i drank it.
